ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Dr. Kavya Chandel is an Assistant Professor at Integral University Lucknow. With a rich academic background and a passion for law, Dr. Chandel brings over three years of experience in academia, having previously served at Amity and City Academy Law College.

Dr. Chandel’s expertise shines through her educational journey, culminating in a Master’s degree from Hidayatullah National Law University Raipur, specializing in Environmental Law, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from Rammanohar Lohiya National Law University Lucknow. Her commitment to environmental issues is further underscored by her Ph.D. in Environmental Law.

Beyond the classroom, Dr. Chandel is an active participant in legal discourse, having judged prestigious competitions such as the Second Roundtable Conference, Moot Court competitions, and Debate competitions. Her research contributions have been recognized at national conferences, where she has presented thought-provoking papers. Moreover, she has moderated international conferences and hosted various events, showcasing her versatile skills.

Outside the realm of law, Dr. Chandel finds solace in poetry and endurance sports. Her poetic talents have graced platforms like Sahitya Ajtak and the Lucknow Literature Festival, while her passion for fitness has led her to participate in marathons across the city.

As a dynamic speaker unafraid to voice her opinions, Dr. Kavya Chandel has also shared her insights through guest lectures on Intellectual Property Law, Environmental Law, and Sports Laws in India.
