Day 1: The Mindset of a True Practitioner

Theme: Understanding the Spirit of Continuous Learning

• What it truly means to be a “practitioner” in law
• Why learning never stops even after earning degrees
• The difference between theoretical knowledge and real-world application
• Lessons from great legal minds and their continuous pursuit of knowledge

• 10-minute group reflection: “How do you keep yourself updated as a student of law?”

Day 2: The Path of Continuous Growth

Theme: Building a Lifelong Learning Mindset

• Developing a lifelong learning roadmap as a law student
• Practical ways to stay updated: journals, webinars, online courses, networking
• Embracing ethics, adaptability, and mentorship in your legal journey
• Balancing professional growth with personal development

• Activity: Create your 6-month “Learning Commitment Plan” (participants list 3 things they’ll learn or improve upon)
• Short sharing session and closing reflections

About the Speaker

Dr. Pawan Dwivedi’s journey began in 1989 when he hosted an event addressed by Sri Chaudhary Ajit Singh, then Cabinet Minister of India and son of former Prime Minister Sri Chaudhary Charan Singh. His remarkable oratory skills soon earned him recognition, culminating in his victory at the First Youth Parliament Competition in 1999, where he was honored by Sri Madan Lal Khurana, the then Cabinet Minister for Parliamentary Affairs and former Chief Minister of New Delhi.

From 2000 to 2025, Dr. Dwivedi has been a transformative educator and mentor. As a trainer, he has guided over 6,000 aspirants for competitive exams like CAT, GRE, GMAT, and UPSC-CSE, addressed more than 24 lakh students across 30 Indian states on career options, and facilitated employment for around 9,000 graduates in industries and MNCs. His dedication to skill enhancement extends further, having trained nearly 70,000 professionals from both industrial and educational sectors, helping shape India’s future workforce.

Currently serving as Professor and Deputy Registrar at Parul University, Vadodara, Dr. Dwivedi stands as India’s first Youth Parliament Winner (1998) and an internationally recognized motivational speaker. His influence spans over 3,000 cities and 19 lakh kilometers of travel, inspiring minds from India to Europe, Africa, Canada, and the U.S. He has collaborated with organizations such as Infosys, TCS, GSFC, Torrent, CII, ASSOCHAM, ISTD, Lions International, and Rotary, among others. Certified as a Soft Skills Trainer, POSH Trainer, Career Counsellor Trainer, and Leadership & Life Coach, Dr. Dwivedi’s impact as a mentor, leader, and changemaker continues to inspire generations worldwide.
