About the Job
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy General Manager Legal (DGM Legal) at Trinity Infratech located in Gurugram, India. As a DGM Legal, you will be responsible for overseeing the legal operations of the company and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Your day-to-day tasks will includes:
• Drafting of Share Transfer Agreement, Builder-Buyer Agreement, Vendor Agreement, Service Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Underwriting Sales Agreement, Collaboration Agreements.
• Advising the company with the latest changes as per the recent development in laws such as commencement of RERA Act. Appearing and attending RERA authority. RERA compliances under RERA act.
• Drafting and vetting of collaterals related to real estate sector such as sale deed, agreement to sell, lease deed, construction agreements, deed of assignment, deed of attornment, power of attorney, settlement deed, deed of declaration, Commercial Agreements and other daily routine Application, Agreements, Letters, Correspondences, documents with third party.
• Drafting and making modifications in collaterals such as Application forms, Allotment letters/ Buyer’s Agreement keeping the Desired Projects specifications.
• Drafting and filing of suits, written statements, replies, rejoinders, submissions, affidavits, letters, legal notices, Reply to legal Notices, application etc.
• Drafting various official communication held with various competent/Government authorities.
• Liaison with Police and other Officials of various Govt. Authorities such as Economic Offense Wing, GMDA etc.
• Conducting Due Diligence in respect to various properties/ Project.
• Due Diligence of Agriculture Land.
• Mutation of Land.
• Facilitating commercial department in settlement with customers. and staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law degree from a recognized university
- Minimum of 10-14 years of experience in a similar legal role
- Strong knowledge of contract law, property law, and real estate regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in the real estate industry and familiarity with local laws and regulations in Gurugram would be preferred.
