About the Internship
Legal Vidhiya is inviting applications from eligible candidates for its 4-Week Contract Drafting Internship Program. This internship is specially designed for law students, lawyers, and legal professionals who wish to develop practical contract drafting skills and gain a deeper understanding of commercial and legal agreements through expert-led live sessions.
Throughout the program, participants will receive hands-on training in key aspects of contract drafting, including contract structure, commercial clauses, risk allocation clauses, confidentiality and intellectual property provisions, dispute resolution mechanisms, employment agreements, and complete contract drafting workshops. The internship focuses on practical learning, enabling participants to draft contracts with clarity, precision, and confidence.
This internship offers a valuable opportunity to enhance drafting and negotiation skills, understand real-world contractual practices, and build a strong foundation for a successful legal career. Upon successful completion of the internship and assigned tasks, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Completion, recognizing their commitment and practical learning experience.

About the Speaker
Adv. Sakshi Aswal is a distinguished legal academician and intellectual property professional currently serving as a Law Professor at AAFT University, where she also handles Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters for the Fashion Designing Department. Combining academic excellence with practical legal exposure, she brings a dynamic and application oriented approach to legal education and intellectual property law.
She holds an LL.M. degree from O.P. Jindal Global University and has pursued advanced Intellectual Property training from globally recognized institutions including Harvard University and WIPO. Her academic and professional journey reflects a strong foundation in legal research, innovation, and contemporary IPR practices.
Adv. Sakshi Aswal has also collaborated with reputed law firms such as Khaitan & Co. and IndusLaw, gaining valuable exposure to corporate legal practices and intellectual property matters. In addition, her experience as a Former Legal Editor at Manupatra has strengthened her expertise in legal research, content analysis, and legal documentation.
With a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring legal professionals, she focuses on bridging the gap between theoretical learning and practical legal application. Her sessions emphasize conceptual clarity, analytical thinking, and industry oriented legal skills, making legal education more engaging and professionally relevant for students.
