ABOUT THE OPPORTUNTIY

Legal Vidhiya is pleased to invite contributions for its upcoming book on Constitutional Law. This comprehensive publication aims to explore and analyse various aspects of constitutional law, providing valuable insights and scholarly perspectives to legal practitioners, scholars, and students alike.

The book seeks chapters that delve into diverse dimensions of constitutional law, encompassing topics such as:

1. Constitutional Interpretation
2. Fundamental Rights
3. Separation of Powers
4. Federalism
5. Constitutional Amendments
6. Judicial Review
7. Constitutionalism in the Digital Age
8. All Schedules, Articles & Landmark Judgements of the Constitution

The afromentioned topics are not exhaustive and the authors can choose any other relevant topics. Contributors are encouraged to present well-researched and thought-provoking analyses, backed by relevant case law and comparative constitutional perspectives

RULES OF SUBMISSION

1. Research paper should apply research skills and use of appropriate research methodology.
2. Research paper must highlight a specific research problem/Issue and should also reflect on the viable solution of the /problems/issues identified.
3. At the end of the paper, there should be a brief profile of the author with his-mail ID, contact number and address.
4. One Co – Author is allowed.
5. Submitted entries must not have been sent for consideration to any other place for publication.
6. Papers received after the stipulated deadline will not be entertained.
7. Papers received shall be subject to the scrutiny of double-blind reviews by the Editorial Board and Panel of experts.
8. Papers are accepted for publication on the condition that they do not infringe the copyright or any other rights of any third parties and that the work does not contain any obscene, offensive, defamatory, or racially prejudiced material.

FORMATTING GUIDELINES

1. Research paper including footnotes should not exceed the words limit of 10,000 words with an abstract of not less than 250 words.
2. Submissions should be in Times New Roman font of size 12 with 1.5 linespacing, justified text, and 1-inch margins on all sides of an A4 sheet page and must include page numbers
3. Footnotes should be in Times New Roman font of size 10 with 1.0 linespacing & must conform to BLUE BOOK; Rules of Citation (20th Edition)
4. Graphics, Charts, Tables, and Diagrams should be numbered consecutively and included in the body of the work. Submission must be compatible with Microsoft Word
5. The submission must consist solely of the authors’ original work, as any presence of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification and publication of the chapters elsewhere is prohibited.
