About the Job
Triumvir Law is hiring an Associate with experience of 2 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Practice Area: General Corporate/ M&A/PE/ VC/Tech Law.
Role and Responsibilities
- Impeccable verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong legal acumen and research skills.
- Prior experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation including term sheets, definitive agreements and closing documentation.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of a foreign language like French or Spanish is a plus.
Eligibility Criteria
- Post qualification experience 2 years.
