Details of the Job/Internship

JKB Legal is hiring for the position of Associate with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience to join their Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

The day-to-day tasks include conducting legal research, writing briefs and legal memorandums, drafting pleadings, participating in depositions and other proceedings, and assisting with dispute resolution proceedings. 

Eligibility

• A Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized institution
• Admission to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa
• At least 2-3 years of experience working in a corporate law firm. Experience in dispute resolution is a plus.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Salary/Stipend

The salary will be discussed with the candidate itself.
