The opportunity is suitable for legal and compliance professionals interested in infrastructure, construction, labour law compliance, and large-scale data centre projects across India.

Position Details

About the Role

The selected candidate may support end-to-end compliance management for under-construction data centre sites across India.

The role involves:

• Compliance monitoring
• On-site audits
• Coordination with project and contractor teams
• Regulatory compliance management

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates may be responsible for:

• Monitoring compliance programmes for construction projects
• Ensuring compliance under:
  • BOCW Act, 1996
  • CLRA Act, 1970
• Tracking statutory approvals, licences, and renewals
• Handling approvals relating to:
  • Environmental Clearance
  • Fire NOC
  • Structural Safety
  • MCG/DTCP approvals
• Conducting on-site audits for labour and contractor compliance
• Reviewing contractor documentation
• Preparing:
  • Audit reports
  • Compliance notes
  • Risk-based gap analysis
• Coordinating closure of audit observations with stakeholders

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the role should possess:

• LL.B.; or
• MBA/PGDM (Compliance/HR/IR)

Experience Requirement

Candidates should possess:

• 3–4 years of experience in:
  • Legal roles
  • Compliance roles

Preferred Industry Experience

• Construction
• Infrastructure
• Real Estate
• Data Centres

Preferred Skills

Candidates should possess:

• Strong understanding of labour laws
• Knowledge of regulatory compliances
• Audit and compliance management abilities
• Stakeholder coordination skills
• Willingness to travel for site audits
