About the Opportunity
The Micro, Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (MSEFC), Tarn Taran has invited applications for the engagement of:
- One (1) Human Resource (Legal)
- Two (2) Human Resource (Office/Secretarial)
under the MSE-ODR Scheme. The positions will be on a contractual basis till March 2027.
Selection shall be based on:
- Academic performance
- Interview-based merit
Position 1: Legal Consultant

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the post should possess:
- Law Graduate degree from a recognized Institute or University
- Minimum 50% marks
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 2 years of legal work experience in:
- Courts
- Government bodies
- Quasi-judicial bodies
- Tribunals
- Mandatory experience of at least 1 year in:
- MSME disputes
- Arbitration
- Mediation matters
Required Skills
- Good drafting skills
- Proficiency in English and local language
- Working knowledge of MS Office
Key Responsibilities
The selected Legal Consultant may assist in:
- Delayed payment references before the Council
- Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) portal work
- Legal processes and procedures
- Preparation of:
- Case summaries
- Settlement agreements
- Orders
- Notices
- Awards
- Legal research and case law analysis
- Handling litigation matters relating to the Facilitation Council
