About the Opportunity

The Micro, Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (MSEFC), Tarn Taran has invited applications for the engagement of:

  • One (1) Human Resource (Legal)
  • Two (2) Human Resource (Office/Secretarial)

under the MSE-ODR Scheme. The positions will be on a contractual basis till March 2027.

Selection shall be based on:

  • Academic performance
  • Interview-based merit

Position 1: Legal Consultant

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the post should possess:

  • Law Graduate degree from a recognized Institute or University
  • Minimum 50% marks

Experience Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years of legal work experience in:
    • Courts
    • Government bodies
    • Quasi-judicial bodies
    • Tribunals
  • Mandatory experience of at least 1 year in:
    • MSME disputes
    • Arbitration
    • Mediation matters

Required Skills

  • Good drafting skills
  • Proficiency in English and local language
  • Working knowledge of MS Office

Key Responsibilities

The selected Legal Consultant may assist in:

  • Delayed payment references before the Council
  • Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) portal work
  • Legal processes and procedures
  • Preparation of:
    • Case summaries
    • Settlement agreements
    • Orders
    • Notices
    • Awards
  • Legal research and case law analysis
  • Handling litigation matters relating to the Facilitation Council
