About the Opportunity
TeamLease RegTech is hiring for the position of Compliance Executive for professionals having experience in labour law and CLRA compliance.
The role offers an opportunity to work with a fast-growing compliance team and gain practical exposure to labour law compliance, vendor audits, statutory filings, and regulatory adherence.
Location: Bangalore
Experience Required: 1 – 4 Years
Domain: Labour Law & CLRA Compliance (Factory & Shops)
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring timely statutory compliances including:
- PF
- ESI
- PT
- LWF
- CLRA
- Vendor Audits
- Coordinating with clients for:
- Statutory inputs
- Registers
- Returns
- Managing one-time compliance activities under:
- Factories Act
- Shops & Establishments Act
- Monitoring and ensuring end-to-end labour law compliance adherence
- Handling:
- Vendor audits
- CLRA-related compliance activities
Eligibility & Requirements
Experience
- 1 – 4 years of hands-on experience in Labour Law Compliance
Required Knowledge
- Strong understanding of:
- Factories Act
- Shops & Establishments Act
- Experience in:
- Vendor Audits
- CLRA Compliance
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong follow-up and compliance management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage strict timelines
