About the Opportunity
CFN ARC is inviting applications from legal professionals with experience in banking, NBFCs, or asset reconstruction companies. This role focuses on legal strategy, recovery, and resolution, offering exposure to regulatory frameworks and high-value financial matters.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing legal and resolution strategies in recovery matters
- Handling cases under SARFAESI, DRT, IBC, and arbitration
- Ensuring compliance with RBI regulations and applicable laws
- Advising on dispute resolution and recovery mechanisms
- Coordinating with internal teams and external counsel
- Supporting enforcement and legal proceedings related to financial assets
Eligibility Criteria
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Banks/NBFCs/ARC
- Strong expertise in SARFAESI, DRT, IBC, and arbitration
- Good understanding of RBI regulations and compliance
- Experience in legal recovery and resolution strategy
- Strong analytical, drafting, and advisory skills
