About the Opportunity
Altum Credo Home Finance is inviting applications from experienced legal professionals for a business legal role involving title due diligence, security creation, and regulatory advisory. This position offers exposure to real estate and lending-related legal frameworks, making it ideal for candidates with expertise in land laws and documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Reviewing title reports and vetting documents, and providing legal opinions on collateral and security creation
- Advising on legal aspects of security creation and suggesting risk mitigation strategies
- Drafting and revising collateral policies
- Preparing standard documents and formats related to business processes
- Conducting legal research on changes in laws and aligning internal policies accordingly
- Ensuring compliance with applicable land laws, stamp laws, and registration rules
Eligibility Criteria
- 4–5 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong knowledge of land laws, stamp acts, and registration laws across states
- Experience in title verification, due diligence, and lending documentation
- Strong drafting, analytical, and advisory skills
