Honoured with the prestigious National Icon Award 2025 and the National Law Day Award 2022, he serves as Panel-A Counsel to the Government of India before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. His expertise spans diverse legal domains including White-Collar Crimes, Arbitration, Corporate and Commercial Laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Aviation, Intellectual Property Rights, Mergers and Acquisitions, Regulatory Compliance, and Taxation—reflecting his multidisciplinary command over legal practice.

Mr. Mishra is widely respected for his courtroom presence, precision-driven arguments, and sharp litigation acumen. His ability to secure numerous reportable judgments across the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, NCLAT, and NCLT demonstrates his impact in shaping legal jurisprudence.
