Role description
Job Title: Legal Manager (PQE 0–1)
📍 Location: New Delhi | 🏢 Full-Time | Immediate Joining
About the Role:
We are looking for a Legal Manager (0–1 years PQE) to join our in-house legal team in New Delhi. This is NOT a litigation or court-attending role but an in-house position focused on managing day-to-day litigation tracking, compliance, and coordination.
The role is best suited for a recent law graduate with a strong grasp of procedural laws, along with excellent Excel and communication skills to interact with both internal stakeholders and advocates PAN India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day litigation tracking and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with advocates across India for case progress and updates.
- Liaise with internal teams and external counsel for effective case management.
- Prepare and maintain case trackers, compliance dashboards, and MIS using Excel.
- Ensure timely filings, documentation, and compliance with procedural requirements.
- Conduct preliminary legal research and provide support on procedural laws.
Requirements:
- LL.B graduate (Bachelors in Law) from a recognized university.
- 0–1 years PQE (fresh graduates may apply).
- Strong knowledge of procedural laws (CPC, CrPC, Evidence Act, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and compliance reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organised, and meet deadlines.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹25,000 per month during probation; ₹30,000 per month post-probation.
- Probation Period: 3 months.
- Exposure to a wide range of in-house litigation management & compliance processes.
