Vahura is India’s leading governance search and consulting firm. Set up by alumnus of the National Law School, Bangalore, our mission is to creatively catalyse the advancement of the governance-related profession.

Role Description
Our client, a leading global technology company, is seeking a mid-level Finance Lawyer to join its Global Financial Services Team in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
Structure, negotiate, and document finance deals (leasing, hire purchase, receivables, secured lending).
Draft and review finance and security documents, guarantees, and related instruments.
Advise business teams on legal risks in transactions.
Ensure cross-border compliance and support dispute resolution.
Improve legal templates, playbooks, and processes.
Monitor global legal developments in asset finance.
Key Requirements
5+ years PQE in asset finance, banking, or structured finance.
Strong understanding of finance documentation and security structures.
Experience in cross-border leasing transactions.
