About Legal Vidhiya

Legal Vidhiya  intends to provide legal awareness by providing general content on law, legal system, legal news, and other updates relating to legal field. The idea behind Legal Vidhiya was to provide in- depth and brief analysis of law field to student of law and any legal enthusiast.

Started in July 2021, Legal Vidhiya provides a platform for students to publish their articles and blogs. In its free webinar conducted till date, Legal Vidhiya has received more than 1000 participants and has provided great insight to all of them through this medium.

About the Speaker

Dr. Malika Pravin is working as an Assistant Professor in Govt. Law P.G. College, Bikaner. She has done BA.LL.B. LL.M. (NET) and Ph.D. from Maharaja Ganga University, Bikaner.

She has published more than 10 articles in various national as well as international journals and has also presented papers and participated in various international and national seminars, webinars, conferences and workshops.

She is a good academician, social worker and researched and more than 15 P.G. students have submitted their P.G. Dissertations under her supervision.

About Webinar

Women’s rights are the rights and entitlements claimed for women and girls worldwide. They formed the basis for the women’s rights movement in the 19th century and the feminist movements during the 20th and 21st centuries. In some countries, these rights are institutionalized or supported by law, local custom, and behavior, whereas in others, they are ignored and suppressed. They differ from broader notions of human rights through claims of an inherent historical and traditional bias against the exercise of rights by women and girls, in favor of men and boys.
