A tiff between the Wrestling Federation of India’s chief Brij Bhushan and the Delhi Police has been fully disclosure as the chief has been accused of sexual harassment of the female wrestlers by him. A long protest has also been carried out by the wrestlers union to protect their work and their. The matter has been presented before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Harjeet Singh where the case is currently at the arguments stage. The counsels from both sides are. The Delhi Police has been represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor Atul Shrivastava.
Then Brij Bhushan along with his mate Vinod Tomar is represented by Rajiv Mohan and the counsel of the complaint is Harsh Bora. The matter was filed on 15th June 2023 when police filed a charge sheet against Singh under sections 354, 354A, 354B, and 506 of IPC. The same complaint has then been moved to the apex court Supreme Court and Delhi Police in their defense made it clear that they have filed the FIR and they have done the Investigations in a proper way. Allegations were put on Brij Bhushan by the minor wrestler and the same matter has been has been withdrawn by the girl herself and the Delhi Police filed for the cancelation of the report.
