Prior to his appointment as the chief justice of the Bombay HC, he served as a judge for the Allahabad HC. Justice Upadhyaya, born in June 1965, obtained his law degree from Lucknow University in 1991.
Justice Upadhyaya was the sitting judge of the Allahabad HC before his elevation as chief justice of Bombay HC, he was born on June 1965, Upadhyay graduated in law from Lucknow University in 1991.
