About the Organization

RNB Global University, Bikaner is established vide Act No. 20 of 2015 in the State of Rajasthan. The University is spread on a vast well-developed campus and offers courses in various disciplines having all modern facilities.

The Faculty of Law and Arts at RNB Global University started in 2016 and has Five Years Law Degree Course of B.A. LL.B. , B.B.A. LL.B. , One Year of LL.M. Course and Ph.D. program.

About the Conference

We strive to provide a platform to the Law Students, on-roll in any Law Institute/ College/University/Faculty/Department situated within the State of Rajasthan & all over India for imbibing in them the pragmatic skills of law. This National Conference is one such attempt of creating a simulated atmosphere for future lawyers and judicial officers. The objective, in fact, is to allow the Law Scholars to delve into cutting-edge research, presenting groundbreaking arguments and contributing to the development of jurisprudence in concerned areas of law. It is a chance for good contributions on the subject to be published in a book form.

The Faculty of Law and Arts invites you to the 4th National Conference to be organised on Hybrid mode. Research Papers / Articles are invited from Academician, Research Scholars and Professional for presentation in the conference on the Theme / Sub Theme.

Sub-Themes

In first session – Global Warming

1. Climate Change and Sustainable Development.
2. Laws related to Polluter Pays Principal.
3. Laws related to Biodiversity and conservation.
4. Laws related to Pollution Water, Soli, and Air.

In second session – Human Environment

1. Environmental Laws and sustainability
2. Right to access of good environment.
3. CSR to maintain good environment.
4. Laws related to CSR regarding Environment.
5. Educational, Social and Cultural aspects of environmental issues

Submission Guidelines

1. Author Name, University/ Organisation, Paper Title, Email address and Mobile number to be clearly stated on the cover page of the paper.
2. It must be typed in MS Word Format (Font: Times New Roman, Font Size: 12 for text and 1.0 line spacing for footnotes).
3. Word limit for Abstract: 300-350 words
4. Word Limit for Full Paper: 5000-8000 words (including footnotes)
5. The margins are to be 1″, text is to be justified and OSCOLA format of citation is to be used.
6. Plagiarism beyond 20% will lead to dis-qualification.
7. Presentation can be done using Power point Presentation.
8. Fee for registration is INR 200/– which is to be deposited in Account no. 37700457344 through PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm at the time of full paper submission that is before or on 03/10/2022.
9. The copy of the abstract and full paper along with screenshot of payment and the Power Point Presentation to be mailed to

10. Certificates will be provided for Paper Presentation to all and certificates of paper publication will be provided to authors of papers selected for publication.
