Dr. Amit Adlakha is Dean of School of Law at IMS Unison University,Dehradun. He is an alumnus of IIM Kashipur and has more than 25 years of experience in teaching, Research, and administration, having served in responsible positions in organizations of repute. He holds a PhD, an Executive MBA (IIM Kashipur), an MBA, an M.Sc. (Mathematics), and is UGC (NET) qualified. His Doctoral Research Work was appreciated at the Education & Research Conference (EREC’10) at IIM, Indore. He has published more than 40 research papers in peer-reviewed national and international journals indexed in Scopus, Thomson Reuters, Web of Science, CABS (Chartered Association of Business Schools, United Kingdom), ABDC (Australian Business Deans Council), ProQuest, and UGC Care. Dr Adlakha has an impeccable research record, with more than 600 citations, an H-Index of 8, and an i10- index of 7. Under his guidance, 4 PhD scholars have so far completed their PhD theses, and more than 200 MBA students have completed their dissertations. He had travelled extensively in India and abroad for cultural familiarization and had presented research work at seminars and conferences. The prestigious “Teacher of the Year-2022” Award was conferred upon him by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhand. He also received the Education Leadership Award at the 27th Dewang Mehta National Education Awards in 2019 for his contribution to the field of Education.

Dr. Muhammad Nuruddeen is a seasoned legal academic and administrator currently serving as Associate Professor and Dean, School of Legal Studies, Skyline University Nigeria (SUN), Kano, since April 2025. He brings over 30 years of experience across academia, legislative practice, and legal research.He previously served at Bayero University Kano (2010–2025) as Head of the Department of Public Law, where he was actively involved in teaching, research supervision, and academic administration. Earlier, he worked as Principal State Counsel at the Kano State House of Assembly (2003–2010), contributing to legislative drafting and public law advisory services. Dr. Nuruddeen has a strong research profile with multiple international conference publications in Nigeria, Malaysia, and
Indonesia, focusing on e-commerce law, consumer protection, cybercrime, data protection, and Islamic law.His scholarship reflects a blend of theoretical depth and practical legal insight, contributing meaningfully to contemporary legal discourse.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Abstract
The abstract must be developed on an A4 sheet in Word Document Format, typed in Times New Roman in 12 font size with 1.5 line spacing, and not more than 500 words; it should not contain more than FIVE keywords. The abstract should contain personal details of the author(s) in the order: Title of the paper, Name, Designation, Institute/ University/ College/Organization, Contact number, E-mail, and address (es), of the author(s). Kindly indicate the name of the main author for correspondence in case of more than one author. Research Paper
Submissions are to be made only in electronic form. The same may be emailed to iuuconferencelaw26@iuu.ac in MS Word format along with a cover letter addressed to the Organizing
Secretary. Title must be written in bold, size 14, and centered margin. Manuscripts must be in single spacing, font size 12 in Times New Roman, with margins of 1.5 inches (left) and 1 inch (top, right and bottom). Tables must be placed as part of the text. DO NOT attach tables at the end of the manuscript. The softmanuscript must be submitted in Microsoft Word 2007 in the above format only. Subtitles must be written in bold, size 12, and left margin. The title of the tables/figures should be written at the top of the tables/figures. Times New Roman, font 12, Bold and centered margin. Footnotes: APA in-text format.
Word Limit: 4000-4500 words (excluding references and footnotes).
RULES FOR PARTICIPATION
• Registration is mandatory upon confirmation of acceptance of the abstract, with the payment of required fees to be deposited in the bank account.
• Only registered participants will be allowed to take part in the International Conference.
• The Best Paper of each session will be acknowledged and awarded.
• For offline participants, accommodation assistance will be provided. Participants may avail accommodation on subsidized tariffs.
• Breakfast and lunch for the participants will be provided by the university.
• No in-absentia presentations will be allowed; at least one author must be present for the presentation.
