About the Speaker

Advocate Shubham Kumar

Advocate Shubham Kumar is a Delhi-based legal professional with a diverse background in both corporate law and litigation. He began his legal career with a corporate law firm, where he gained extensive experience in handling commercial and corporate legal matters. However, his passion for courtroom advocacy led him to transition into litigation, where he had the opportunity to work alongside a distinguished Advocate-on-Record (AOR) at the Supreme Court of India. This phase of his career allowed him to develop expertise in constitutional law, civil and criminal litigation, and appellate advocacy at the highest level.

Continuing his legal journey, Adv. Shubham Kumar later joined a reputed law firm under the mentorship of Advocate Nitish Banka, further honing his litigation skills and deepening his understanding of complex legal proceedings. With a vision to establish his own legal practice, he founded Nyayniti Law Firm in Lajpat Nagar 4, Delhi, in July 2023. In just 1.5 years, his firm has made remarkable progress, handling high-stakes litigation, briefing and working with Senior Advocates, and actively representing clients in various courts.

One of the most significant achievements of Nyayniti Law Firm has been its commitment to social justice. The firm has been at the forefront of safeguarding the rights of the Anglo-Indian community, advocating for their interests before the Delhi High Court. Additionally, Adv.
