Frontiers Welfare Society in Collaboration with the MCGO Legal, Seth Associates & The Indian Conclave is organising 3rd National Moot Court Competition 2024 on 24-26 February.

About Frontiers Welfare Society

Frontiers Welfare Society, a pan-India legal NGO, comprises over 1500+ members, with 700 students from the legal fraternity. Operating in 12 states with 140 campus ambassadors, we offer internships, with 2000+ interns having completed their programs. Our legal aid team has handled 40+ pro bono cases. Collaborating with Lok Sabha Speaker Mr. Om Birla, we addressed concerns about the CLAT fee hike.

About the Competition

Frontiers Welfare Society proudly announces its Third National Moot Court Competition, presenting a captivating proposition. We extend a warm invitation to interested participants to immerse themselves in the entire mooting cycle, offering a unique opportunity to showcase their skills and enhance their expertise.

The 3rd National Moot Court Competition is scheduled for February 24th-26th, 2024. To ensure the utmost integrity of the competition, we have invited eminent personalities from the legal field, including Legal Associates, High Court Advocates, and Professors, to serve as Moot Court Judges. Our objective is to foster a robust moot culture in law, providing a platform for skilled law teams across the country to engage in fair and just competition.

Team Composition & Eligibility

Each team shall comprise of three members, with two speakers and one researcher, where designated speakers will not change.

Participation is open for any undergraduate students of five/three years LLB program of any recognised university/college/institution.

The official language of communication and the competition shall be English.

Criminal Law.

Mode

The competition will be held virtually, either on G-Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

Registration Process

Teams are required to complete the final registration for the FWS 3 RD National Moot Court Competition 2024 on or before 18th January (11.59 PM) 2024, through the link given.

Teams wanting to participate in the competition have to pay a registration fee of INR 800/- for final registration via online bank transfer, the details of which are provided below. The screenshot of the same must be attached to the registration form.

Successfully registered teams will be allotted team codes through their respective emails. Apart from the team code, teams are requested not to display or add the names or logos of their Institution anywhere in any communication(s) addressed to the Organizers, or in memorials/material submitted for the Competition. Non-compliance with rules shall result in a penalty.
