About the Organiser

The Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology (FIMT) is a NAAC accredited prestigious college in Delhi with an ambiance of representing the academic culture of the capital town of the largest democracy of the world and a vibrant emerging economy.

Established by the Fairfield Group of Institutions, it is an „A‟ Grade College approved by the Government of NCT of Delhi, affiliated to the prestigious Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, which is the first university established by the Government of Delhi. About the Event

Fairfield-School of Law is organizing 3rdNational Moot Court Competition 2024 in collaboration with the Competition Commission of India, which will be held virtually on March 14th and 15th, 2024. The final round will be held on March 30, 2024, in physical mode at FIMT Campus, Kapashera, New Delhi 110037, to enable law students from across India to compete and demonstrate their expertise of Competition Law and legal concepts in a moot court competition.

Eligibility

The competition is open to all students enrolled bona fide on a regular basis in a law course or its equivalent, conducted by any recognized College/ Institution/ University. Each team shall comprise three members, two of whom shall be designated as speakers, and the third member shall be designated as a researcher.

Will be held virtually on March 14th and 15th, 2024. The final round will be held on March 30 2024, in physical mode at FIMT Campus, Kapashera, New Delhi 110037.

How to Register?

Each team must register by filling up the Registration Form with all the necessary details and by paying the registration fees as provided in the rules of competition shall complete such registration on or before 10th February, 2024 (11:59 PM).

A scanned bonafide letter for participation, issued by the appropriate authority of the Team’s recognized College/ Institution/ University shall be uploaded on the google form attached at the end of the post.

Fee

The mandatory registration fee for the competition is Rs. 2100/-. The registration fee is not refundable.

Commencement of Oral Rounds: 14th , March & 15th March, 2024 in Virtual Mode, 30th March, 2024 in Physical Mode at FIMT Campus, New Delhi.
