About the Speaker

Disha Mahendra Oza is an Advocate specializing in real estate laws, offering end-to-end legal solutions for property-related matters. My areas of expertise include society mergers, 79-A processes, recovery of dues, conveyance, deemed conveyance, vetting property documents, and drafting agreements. I also assist in navigating the complexities of stamp duty, registration, and due diligence, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.

With significant experience in co-operative housing society matters, I help societies and individuals address challenges efficiently, from property conveyance to recovery and compliance. My goal is to provide clear, practical, and result-oriented legal advice tailored to the unique needs of property owners, developers, and housing societies.

Additionally, I am passionate about sharing knowledge and breaking down the intricacies of real estate laws through lectures and workshops. By simplifying complex processes such as deemed conveyance and society mergers, I empower others to make informed decisions and take the right steps in their property ventures.
