About the Speaker

Adv. Govind Bali is a practicing advocate based in New Delhi and the Managing Partner at Fastrack Legal Solutions LLP. He specializes in civil, criminal, corporate, and regulatory litigation, with a strong expertise in real estate law, RERA disputes, and commercial litigation. Over the years, he has represented clients before the Armed Forces Tribunal, High Courts, NCLT, and RERA Authorities across India, and is known for his sharp legal reasoning and practical courtroom strategies.

He is also the founder of LetsStartup.in, a legal and business platform dedicated to startups, where he advises entrepreneurs on compliance, regulatory approvals, and dispute resolution in the real estate and corporate sectors.
