ABOUT THE RESOURCE PERSON

Ramya Chandrashekhar entered legal academia in 2021 as a Teaching Assistant at NUJS, Kolkata. Having completed her graduation with a B.B.A LL.B (Hons) degree from School of Law, Christ (Deemed to be University) Bangalore in 2018, she took up employment with M/s Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, an internationally reputed tier-1 law firm in its Capital Markets team. After around 2 years of work experience, she pursued her LL.M in Corporate and Commercial Laws from NUJS, Kolkata where she recognised her passion for teaching and research. Ms. Ramya Chandrashekhar has served in teaching positions in Universities such as School of Legal Studies, CMR University and School of Law, Christ University. She is a deeply passionate teacher who brings to her classrooms a unique combination of practical learning from the industry, with legal theories along with her lived experience.
