Legal Vidhiya proudly presents a focused 2-Day Training Program on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) at Workplace, curated for students, employees, HR professionals, interns, and legal learners who aim to understand workplace safety compliance and redressal mechanisms. As workplace environments evolve, fostering safety, dignity, and inclusion has become a critical responsibility for every organization and professional.
This workshop is designed to equip participants with a thorough understanding of what constitutes sexual harassment, legal protections available under the POSH Act, 2013, and the mechanisms for reporting and responding to workplace harassment. About the Speaker
Adv. Surbhi, a legal professional with over eight years of experience in litigation, advisory, and corporate legal services. Over the course of my career, I have handled a diverse range of matters, including commercial disputes, corporate compliance, employment law, and regulatory documentation. My work is rooted in precision, legal strategy, and a strong understanding of evolving legal frameworks, enabling me to support both individuals and organizations in navigating complex legal landscapes effectively.
In addition to my practice, I currently serve as an External Committee (EC) Member under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act for multiple organisations, including PhysicsWallah and G.K. Kedia & Co. I am also empanelled with Bank of Maharashtra and Axis Bank, contributing to compliance oversight, legal review, and training obligations. As a POSH consultant, I regularly conduct awareness sessions, design policies, assist Internal Committees, and ensure that organisations remain compliant with legal and ethical workplace standards. My work extends to drafting and reviewing Privacy Policies, Terms of Use, NDAs, and risk-linked compliance frameworks, especially for growing businesses and tech-based platforms.
Driven by a commitment to safe workplaces, legal clarity, and accessible compliance systems, I continue to support organisations in creating respectful and lawful environments. Based in Noida, I engage with clients across India through training programs, legal advisory, compliance consultation, and external committee roles. My professional vision is to bridge the gap between law and implementation—ensuring that legal safeguards are not only documented but truly practiced.
