About the Workshop
Legal Vidhiya presents a comprehensive 2-Day Workshop on “Filing & Arguing Writ Petitions, PILs & SLPs – Practical Drafting, Grounds & Court Strategy”, designed for law students, interns, young advocates, and legal professionals seeking hands-on exposure to constitutional litigation and Supreme Court practice.
This workshop focuses on the practical application of constitutional remedies and aims to bridge the gap between theoretical understanding and real courtroom practice. Participants will gain in-depth clarity on drafting, filing, and arguing writ petitions, Public Interest Litigations (PILs), and Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), along with strategic insights into maintainability, jurisdiction, and judicial discretion.
Through structured sessions, real-case illustrations, and drafting-oriented discussions, the workshop equips participants with the skills required to confidently approach High Courts and the Supreme Court. Emphasis is placed on courtroom strategy, common drafting errors, and judicial expectations, making the workshop highly practice-oriented and litigation-focused.
