About the Speaker

Dhananjai Pratap Singh Rana is an LL.M. graduate in Commerce from O.P. Jindal Global University and a corporate law graduate from Amity University. His academic journey reflects a strong focus on the intersection of law, commerce, and technology, equipping him with a well-rounded understanding of modern legal frameworks and business-oriented legal practice.

He brings multidisciplinary professional experience across legal research, contracts analysis, litigation support, regulatory compliance, and corporate advisory work. He has worked with reputed organizations such as Integreon Managed Solutions, HCL Technologies, and Sihali Jageer, where he handled complex legal documentation, supported dispute resolution processes, and contributed to compliance and risk assessment functions across diverse sectors.

As a published legal researcher, his work explores emerging and evolving areas including privacy law, artificial intelligence, M&A due diligence, globalization, and cryptocurrency regulation. In addition to his legal career, he has demonstrated strong entrepreneurial initiative through the successful launch of Digiesign.in. As a seminar speaker and mentor, he shares practical, industry-oriented insights that bridge law, technology, and contemporary business challenges, helping students and young professionals navigate the changing legal landscape.
