The Advocates League is organizing its Flagship event, the 4th Justice Dipak Misra International Moot Court Competition, 2023 – 24.

Mooting is incomparable to other extracurricular activities owing to the leverage it gives to students in terms of gaining invaluable skills such as drafting, research, and learning how to effectively argue before the Hon’ble judges. For this competition, we are blessed to have his Excellency Hon’ble Mr. Justice Dipak Misra (Former Chief Justice of India) with us as the Patron-in-Chief of the Organizing Committee and the competition is being held under his esteemed guidance.

The Advocates League [TAL] is an ISSN approved Journal and a legal research firm whose work is devoted in the field of legal research, publications, and organization of various events. We have a team which is dedicated towards bringing about reforms in the legal arena with invaluable contributions of research and team effort. Our team consists of students and alumni of various top colleges and universities of the country. Through this initiative we aim to provide legal aid to empower individual rights.

ABOUT THE COMPETITION:

We are writing to seek participation from your esteemed organization in the 4th Justice Dipak Misra International Moot Court Competition, 2023 – 24, to be held virtually.

The competition is an annual event that will witness the participation of recognized law universities/colleges from India and other SAARC countries. The competition is being held with the aim of providing students with an opportunity to showcase their legal knowledge and skills, as well as network with other students and legal professionals. The competition will be conducted in accordance with the Moot Court Rules and Guidelines.

Seats – Participation of 3o (Thirty) teams only.
