4TH NATIONAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2024
The 4th National Moot Court Competition, 2024, organized by the Presidency School of Law, is a national-level competition that provides an exceptional platform for law students to showcase their advocacy skills. The event is designed to simulate real courtroom proceedings, allowing participants to argue complex legal issues in front of experienced judges. This competition not only hones their legal research and oral advocacy skills but also promotes teamwork and professional growth.
OBJECTIVES

DATES AND VENUE
The 4th National Moot Court Competition will be held at Presidency University, Bengaluru, from 15th to 17th November 2024. The event includes preliminary rounds, quarter-finals, semi-finals, and the final round, all held on-campus.
- November 15, 2024: Inaugural Ceremony & Exchange of Memorials
- November 16, 2024: Preliminary Rounds and Quarter-Finals
- November 17, 2024: Semi-Finals, Final Round, and Valedictory Ceremony
ELIGIBILITY
Law students enrolled in a full-time three-year LL.B. program or five-year integrated LL.B. (Hons.) program from any institution recognized by the Bar Council of India are eligible to participate.
AWARDS
- Winner: ₹45,000
- Runner-up: ₹30,000
- Best Speaker: ₹5,000
- Best Memorial: ₹5,000
- Best Researcher: ₹5,000
In addition to cash prizes, winning teams will receive complimentary SCC Online subscriptions and all participants will receive certificates of merit.
Registration Details
All teams are to register online via the registration form circulated along with the invitation to the competition. The last date for registration would be 5th October, 2024. There will no refund of registration fees.
The registration fees are:
- Rs. 3000 per team without accommodation
- Rs 4500 per team with accommodation and Food
