About the Internship

As a Legal Contract Drafting Specialist intern, you will have the chance to work closely with our legal team to draft and review various contracts and agreements. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our contracts are legally sound and meet the needs of our clients. This internship will provide you with valuable experience and insight into the legal aspects of the digital marketing industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Assist in negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients and vendors
- Conduct legal research to support contract drafting and negotiations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Provide legal advice and guidance on contract issues as needed
- Help maintain an organized system for storing and tracking contracts
- Assist with other legal projects and tasks as assigned
