Qualification:
LLB (preferably enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council)
Key role and responsibilities:
i. Drafting a range of legal documents including commercial and civil suits, trademark/copyright/design cancellation petitions, Regular First Appeals, and more.
ii. Managing deadlines and ensuring compliance with Court requirements.
iii. Conducting legal research on platforms like SCC, Manupatra, and assisting with case strategies.
iv. Engaging with clients and coordinating legal matters.
v. Representing clients before various Courts of Law including argument preparation and assisting in mediation processes and other Courts of Law.
