ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Shivani Gupta is an accomplished law professional and esteemed faculty member at KGK PG College in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. A gold medalist in LL.M. Intellectual Property Law from IFTM University, she also holds an LL.B. from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University and pursued a Ph.D. in Law from Invertis University.
With over two years of teaching experience at KGK PG College and prior tenure at SRMS College of Engineering & Technology in Bareilly, Shivani has made significant contributions to legal academia. Her practical legal experience includes internships at the District Court in Moradabad, where she honed her skills in court proceedings and legal research.
Shivani is actively involved in the legal community, serving as a judge and evaluator in various prestigious moot court competitions like the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and the IBA ICC Moot Court Competition. She is also a research intern at UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, and an editor at Legalonus.
Her memberships in several notable organizations, including the International Maritime Law Students’ Association, the International Trademark Association, and the Mumbai Centre For International Arbitration, further highlight her commitment to the field. Shivani Gupta’s blend of academic excellence and professional experience makes her a respected figure in the legal community.
