About the Opportunity
This is an individual contributor role offering end-to-end ownership of mediation and dispute resolution processes. The position combines legal expertise, strategy, and business development within the ADR/ODR ecosystem.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end mediation case lifecycles with quality and compliance
- Handling complex case escalations and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
- Developing expertise in ADR/ODR frameworks, especially arbitration and mediation
- Translating legal insights into policies, SOPs, and process improvements
- Conceptualizing and executing mediation/ODR initiatives
- Collaborating with leadership on strategy and long-term roadmap
- Building relationships with mediators, institutions, courts, and partners
- Representing the organization in forums, policy discussions, and regulatory engagements
- Supporting business development, including pitching and deal closures
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: LL.B. / LL.M. (mandatory)
- Experience: 2–5 years (preferably in ADR/ODR, arbitration, or mediation)
- Strong expertise in arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution frameworks
- Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with high ownership
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
