About the Organisation

CTIL functions as a think tank and advisory body providing legal and technical inputs on international trade and investment law, including WTO matters, free trade agreements, and international economic law.

Practice Areas

Selected candidates will work on areas such as:

• International Trade Law
• Investment Law
• WTO Agreements
• Trade Remedies & Dispute Settlement
• Intellectual Property Rights & Geographical Indications
• Public Policy and Economic Diplomacy

Eligibility Criteria (General)

• Indian nationals
• Preferably a Master’s degree in Law or related fields
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Interest/experience in international trade, investment law, or related domains
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Role-wise Eligibility (Brief)

Young Professional (with experience):

• Max age: 35 years
• Minimum 1 year PQE

Young Professional (without experience):

• Max age: 28 years
• Law graduates or relevant degree holders from reputed institutions

Associate:

• Max age: 45 years
• Minimum 3 years PQE

Consultant:

• Max age: 50 years
• Minimum 8 years PQE (relevant experience required)

Remuneration

• Young Professional: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000
• Associate: ₹80,000 – ₹1,45,000
• Consultant: ₹1,37,500 – ₹2,65,000 (depending on qualifications)

Selection Process

• Shortlisting based on applications
• Written Test and Interview for shortlisted candidates
• Evaluation based on expertise in international economic law
