About the Speaker

Mr. Bhavik Girish Lalan is a Counsel practicing at the Bombay High Court and Supreme Court of India, with over 14 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution. He is associated with the Chambers of Dr. Sanjay Jain and has developed strong expertise in commercial, civil, constitutional, and infrastructure-related matters. His professional journey reflects consistent dedication to legal excellence and client advocacy.

He has received comprehensive legal training, including certification from the International Advocacy Training Council Ltd. and a Master’s degree in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai. Mr. Lalan completed his legal education at Government Law College, Mumbai, and also holds a Diploma in Cyber Laws. His professional experience includes working with reputed organizations such as M. S. Bodhanwalla & Co., Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, and the Chambers of Justice Mohit S. Shah (Retd.), which has strengthened his practical and analytical skills.

Actively involved in the legal community, Mr. Lalan is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and holds memberships in leading bar associations. He is a Certified Arbitrator and Mediator with recognized ADR and ODR platforms and has been appointed as an Arbitrator by the Bombay High Court in several matters. Alongside his practice, he contributes to legal education and professional development through his work with KAWA, reflecting his commitment to advancing justice and legal awareness.
