Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Specialist, based in Noida. The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring adherence to various regulatory and statutory requirements, conducting compliance audits, and preparing reports. The role involves overseeing compliance programs, analyzing legal and regulatory frameworks, and providing guidance to ensure lawful business operations. The Compliance Specialist will also communicate effectively with internal teams and regulatory bodies to address compliance matters and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance
Strong Analytical Skills for identifying and resolving compliance-related issues
Expertise in Legal Compliance and familiarity with statutory and regulatory processes
Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams and engaging with external stakeholders
Attention to detail with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
A degree in Law, Accounting, or related fields is preferred
Work experience in compliance or a similar regulatory function is an asset
Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations and relevant legislations
