Position Overview:
We are seeking an Advocate with an effective experience of more than 3 years.
Preference to Advocates who are having litigation experience and willing to switch to corporate.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Services:
- Drafting – Legal Notices, 138 Complaints, Commercial Matters, Recovery Matters, etc.
- Corporate Services: MSAs, Commercial Agreements of various nature,
- Legal Advise: Offer legal opinions on diverse matters for clients.
- Occasional Court visits
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar role, with a consistent career history.
- Advocates who are having litigation experience and willing to switch to corporate
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of upto 30k per month (based on experience and relevant skills)
