Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bangalore Urban district for an Associate in Structured Debt and Real Estate at Anoma Legal. The Associate will provide legal support in areas such as real estate due diligence, documentation, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements, conducting legal research, and preparing strategies for acquisition of large scale real estate projects. The role also involves advising on regulatory compliance for acquisition of immovable property, leasing and preparing related legal documentation.

Qualifications

Work experience: 0 to 2 years

Proficiency in real estate due diligence, documentation, legal drafting, contract review, and negotiation

Strong legal research and analytical capabilities

Knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions with working knowledge of Kannada and English

Ability to solve complex legal problems and provide practical legal advice

Experience with real estate and contract negotiations is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Law with a valid license to practice in India.
