About Legal Vidhiya
Legal Vidhiya is an online legal education platform dedicated to empowering law students, academicians, and young professionals through accessible learning, research, and professional exposure. Since its inception, Legal Vidhiya has grown into one of India’s most active academic networks, offering internships, certificate courses, publication opportunities, and research collaborations.
Through its partnerships with global institutions and legal organisations, Legal Vidhiya bridges academic knowledge with real-world legal practice. Its initiatives aim to prepare students for emerging legal challenges, nurturing a new generation of responsible, skilled, and socially aware legal professionals.
Role Description
The CIMA Global Arbitration Internship Programme, in collaboration with Legal Vidhiya, is designed to provide aspiring ADR professionals with international exposure and hands-on experience in arbitration, mediation, and conflict management.
This internship combines academic learning with practical skill development, enabling students and young professionals to understand the core principles of global dispute resolution practices.
Duration of Internship
3rd December 2025 – 21st December 2025
The internship will be conducted online, featuring expert-led training sessions, assignments, and mentorship discussions.
Academic and Professional Eligibility
Applicants must be:
Law students or recent graduates (LLB, BA Law, or equivalent) from recognised universities or law schools; or
Application Materials
Interested candidates must apply through Legal Vidhiya and submit the following:
Curriculum Vitae (CV) – Maximum two pages.
Statement of Interest – Maximum 300 words explaining their motivation to join the CIMA Internship.
Scanned copy of a valid student ID card or institutional identification.
Confirmation of readiness to participate in all online training sessions and assignments.

Professional Attributes
Selected interns are expected to demonstrate:
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong commitment to learning and research.
Ethical conduct and professionalism in all correspondence.
Evidence of dedicated time for internship participation.
Enrolment and Confirmation
An Official Offer and Welcome Letter from CIMA.
Certification and Recognition
Interns who successfully complete the full programme, attend all sessions, and submit the final portfolio will be awarded the CIMA Global Arbitration Internship Certificate.
Outstanding participants may also receive:
CIMA Intern of the Month recognition; and
Eligibility for advanced CIMA courses or mentorship placements under the CIMA professional network.
