Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Sales and License Compliance Executive located in Gurugram. The executive will be responsible for managing software sales processes, ensuring compliance with software license agreements, and providing support to clients regarding their licensing needs. The role will involve identifying potential clients, conducting market research, negotiating sales contracts, and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. The executive will also be required to maintain thorough records of sales activities, prepare reports, and collaborate with the legal team to ensure contract compliance.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Software Sales and Marketing
Familiarity with License Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
Strong Negotiation and Communication Skills
Excellent Organizational and Record-Keeping Skills
Ability to conduct Market Research and Identify Potential Clients
Knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights and Technology Laws is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
Proficiency in using Information Technology tools and software
