Role Overview:
We are seeking two motivated Legal Interns to join our Mohali office for a 2-month internship. This role provides hands-on experience in corporate legal practices within a fast-growing technology company.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, NDAs, and internal policies
- Support compliance and regulatory research
- Assist in vendor agreement review and legal due diligence
- Contribute to corporate governance and internal audits
- Conduct legal research on emerging laws, especially in blockchain and fintech
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand legal implications
Eligibility:
- Law students (3rd year or above,If 5 year course)
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Interest in corporate and technology law
- Must have own laptop
- Ability to work independently and in a team
