Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Executive, located in Kanpur Nagar. The Legal Executive will be responsible for preparing legal documents, providing legal consulting, ensuring legal compliance, and managing legal affairs. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising on legal matters, ensuring company compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and handling various legal issues that arise within the company.
Qualifications
Skills in Law and Legal Document Preparation
Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Compliance
Proficiency in managing Legal Affairs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the finance or banking sector is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
