Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Advocate (PQE-5) specializing in Civil and Commercial Trial Litigation. The role is based in Delhi, India. The Advocate will be responsible for managing and handling civil and commercial litigation cases, drafting and reviewing legal documents, appearing in court, and providing legal counsel to clients. Additional responsibilities include conducting thorough legal research, formulating case strategies, and maintaining client relationships.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Civil and Commercial Litigation
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Strong courtroom experience and skills in trial advocacy
- Ability to conduct thorough legal research and formulate case strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
