Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for an Intellectual Property Attorney. The attorney will be responsible for managing patent applications, preparing patents, and providing legal guidance on patent law and intellectual property matters. The role involves handling trademark registrations, advising clients on intellectual property strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The attorney will work closely with clients to protect their intellectual property rights and provide expert legal counsel.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Intellectual Property and Trademarks
Excellent analytical and research skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Client-focused with strong ethical judgment
Experience in the intellectual property law field is a plus
Candidates with LLM preferred
