Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Litigator located in Gurugram. The Patent Litigator will be responsible for handling legal motions, managing court procedures, preparing for and conducting trials, and taking depositions. Day-to-day tasks will include researching case law, developing legal strategies, drafting patent litigation and invalidation documents, and representing clients in court.
Qualifications
Legal expertise in Law, particularly in Intellectual Property
Experience and proficiency with filing Motions
Understanding of Court Procedures and Trials
Skilled in taking and defending Depositions
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction
Experience in patent litigation preferred
