Eligibility Criteria

• Lawyers currently in practice and having 5+ years of experience in real estate legal work.
• Law Degree from a registered university and enrolment with a State Bar Council;
• An in-depth understanding of all Central and State Enactments governing immovable properties;
• Fluency in reading Tamil legal documents;
• Candidates must be capable of handling work independently and completing work within deadlines.
