ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
It is a virtual workshop on “Cyber Law and AI: Exploring Legal Challenges and Opportunities” on July 10, 2024. This workshop will delve into the dynamic intersection of cyber law and artificial intelligence, addressing critical issues such as data privacy, AI regulation, and the legal implications of emerging technologies. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from one of the best industry experts, engage in insightful discussions, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities in these fields. Whether you are a legal professional, tech enthusiast, or simply interested in the evolving digital landscape, this workshop promises to equip you with valuable knowledge and insights.
Experienced Facilitator:
Adv. Anurag Saxena, a third-generation law scholar with a passion for automobiles who is also founding Partner at Nyaya Sewa , has a diverse academic and professional background. He completed his Automobile Engineering degree in 1993, transitioned to studying Law in 2015, obtained a Masters in Law in 2019, and is currently engaged in doctoral research focused on Motor Vehicle Laws. In addition to his academic pursuits, he holds certifications as a PoSH Trainer and Qualified Mediator, and is pursuing a Diploma in Appropriate Dispute Resolution.
Anurag serves as a part-time Professor of Practice and teaches Legal Studies in schools. An avid traveler, he has extensively explored India by road. He invites you to join an open discussion on Cyber Laws and Cyber Security.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
All students from High School onwards and those enrolled bona fide in an undergraduate i.e. 3 years/ 5 years programs conducted by any college or university along with recent graduates, lawyers and researchers shall be eligible for attending the workshop.
