Abstract
The codification of commercial law, involves compilation of all existing laws and regulations governing commercial transactions into single code, in which several challenges are presents. One of the major challenges is the complexity and diversity of commercial law across different regions and countries. This paper deals with codification, work of Codification, difficulties in the codification of commercial law and some solutions of it, commercial law, it governs all aspects of businesses and commercial transactions.
